Cast iron is very easy to use, to wash and to take care of.These cast iron skillets… 4 Jul 19these cast iron skillets aren’t the type of Skillets that you use in your kitchen, these cast iron skillets are what you use when you go camping. there’s a difference between these cast iron skillets and others, these have a coating on them that are for a campfire and I would think most people would be able to tell the difference. that’s why there are so many different negative comments on the skillets. it seems to me most people don’t know the difference yet so I thought I’d just throw it out there. if you’re going to camp then these are the Skillets for camping… If you’re going to be cooking in your kitchen in the stove or in the oven then you want to buy the cast iron skillets that don’t have the coating on them. the skillet are heavy and I don’t suggest that you just lay them around make sure you wash them up and dry them so that they don’t rust. have a great day oh and PS these are a steal at $35 About us Customer service is our top priority!
